Dual-channel Temperature Control & Measurement System
A temperature sensor is mounted on the furnace wall for PID temperature control of the furnace body. However, due to thermal inertia, the temperature conducted to the sample will have a certain deviation, and the deviation degree varies with seasonal changes (spring, summer, autumn, winter). Therefore, using a single temperature probe for both temperature control and measurement will lead to large errors in differential thermal signals and temperature signals. To address this issue, the instrument is fitted with an additional temperature probe at the sample bottom to measure the actual temperature of the sample. Combined with our proprietary temperature control technology, it precisely regulates the furnace wall temperature to reach the preset value. -
